Mr Mc.Garrity's little helpers - October 2023

A group of children in Year 2 had been noticed for their outstanding behaviour and attitude for learning. To celebrate this, Mr. McGarrity led them on a top-secret mission to craft boxes for our forest school equipment. 

These little builders were in action, sawing, drilling, and even mastering the art of the screwdriver, all while learning the ropes of measuring and marking wood for the perfect cuts. They even stumbled upon Mr. Pahal's hidden stash of marshmallows. 

Mr. McGarrity beamed with pride as these mini carpenters proudly admired the box they'd crafted. It was a morning filled with smiles, sawdust and marshmallow treats! 🌟🔨📏
