Dear Parents and Carers,

 

We are very proud of our year 6 children this week who completed practice SATS papers. We have praised their effort and perseverance. The papers will highlight important next steps and gaps in learning for the children to give them the best chance of reaching their full potential when they complete the real tests in May. Please continue to support your children (whichever year group) by hearing your child read, encouraging them to read books of their choosing and by supporting them with homework. If you are ever unsure of what is expected, do pop in to see your child’s class teacher who will explain.
