Dear Parents and Carers,

It has been a great week of transition for the children, thank you for sharing in their enthusiasm.

We have completed our entrance hall sign post this week with mileage signs to every capital city of all the children’s home countries. It has sparked so much discussion, vocabulary and shared language.

Our future year 6 children have created some brilliant sets for Shakespeare plays – such imagination and creativity! Meanwhile, the new year 1s have enjoyed exploring the new continuous provision lay out and all classes have enjoyed spending time thinking about their new topics for September.

Please note the change to nursery and reception sports day. We are able to offer cake and refreshments by doing it on the Tuesday so have opted for this so we can properly celebrate their achievements with you.

Being 3, 4 and 5 years old is such a special and unique age and we wanted to properly celebrate all things Early Years with you!

Parents and Carers all welcome to attend sports day, please do come and support!

July 11^th years 4,5,6 sports day (9.30-12)

July 12^th years 1,2,3 sports day (9.30-12)

July 18^th Nursery and Reception (9.30-11) with cake and celebration of Early years!!

July 20^th Summer Fayre: 1.30pm onwards. Please come and collect your children at 1.30 and enjoy the fayre together.

Two more weeks until we break for the summer on July 21^st 3.15pm. Please help us make these last 10 days count by ensuring we maintain high standards for behaviour, attendance and punctuality.
