Year 2
Year 2 wrote a poem called, ‘If I were a King for a day’. They thought about all the wonderful things they would do if they were in charge and put all their ideas together to make a class poem. They particularly enjoyed adding actions to these. This links to both our topics this half term as we are currently learning about the Great Fire of London where the King had to make a decision about how to stop the fire and we will then be moving onto learning about Kings and Castles.
