Year 2 embarked on an exciting school trip to Warwick Castle, immersing themselves in the world of castles to bring their learning to life. Their excitement grew as they spotted arrow slits in the walls, imagining the defenders poised with bows and arrows ready for battle. Throughout the trip, the students delved into the daily life of castle inhabitants, learning about the challenges and routines of medieval times. They were captivated by tales of knights and nobles, imagining themselves living within the castle walls. One of the highlights of the trip was watching an incredible bird show, where majestic birds of prey demonstrated their skills in flight and hunting. What a thrilling spectacle! 🏰
