Dear Parents and Carers

Another week has passed with the children fully engaged in their learning.  We are very pleased with the attitude of all our children as they work hard in school.

We get many Covid updates informing us of what is happening in Coventry and it is clear the levels across the city are rising.  As a school we continue to review all our systems to make sure they are as safe as possible.  A reviewed risk assessment will be placed on the website as soon as I have had wider approval.

Drop off and collection is still an area of higher risk due to the number of people on the pavement.  Please remember the following rules

• 1 parent only to bring a child to the gate
• Wear a face mask
• Leave the gate area as soon as your child has entered the school gates

Next week I will be writing to you to explain how we will hold parent consultations this term.  We have been busy assessing your children and are keen to share their targets and next steps with you.  These meetings will take place during the week beginning 5th October.
