Dear Parents and Carers

At the end of this term Mrs Haines will be leaving the Stoke team to take up a new challenge at another school in Coventry.  Following a review of staffing we have made the following decisions.

Robin Class

Mrs Morris will move from Year 2 into Year 1 from Easter.  The children in Robin Class will be taught by Mrs Morris from a Monday to a Wednesday and by Mrs Haywood on a Thursday and a Friday.  Miss Russell will continue as the class LSA as she has been full time.

Owl Class

We have completed a recruitment for a new full-time teacher.  Miss Warsame will be joining us at Easter and will work full time with the year 2 children for the remainder of this year.  Following the arrival of Mrs Pater our new Deputy Head Teacher, Mrs Brooker will be able to work closely with the Year 2 team ensuring the summer is as successful as it can be for everyone.

With the plans we have in place for topics and on going learning we are confident the children will respond well to the new arrangements and enjoy the summer term.
