Dear Parent/ Carer

Go Parks Challenge

Over the next month, we are going to be participating in a ‘Go Parks Challenge’ as a school. This is a competition that many primary and secondary schools are participating in throughout the city and there are prizes for the winning schools. More importantly than the prizes, this is an opportunity to get outdoors as a family and visit local parks to enjoy walks, bike rides or even jogging. Please remember to follow government COVID-19 restrictions when visiting the parks. The two nearest parks to our school are Morris Park (Opposite Stoke Heath) and St Margaret’s Skatepark. All other locations can be found using this address - www.go-cv.co.uk/goparks

How to get involved:

  1. Find the Go Parks QR Code Banner/Poster during your walk in the park.
  2. Scan the QR code with your smart phone camera.
  3. Complete the form and select our school to allocate us the points from your entry (entrants must be 18 or over as email addresses are needed to monitor number of entries per day).
  4. There will be chances to earn extra points throughout the challenge. For example: It could be double points for a specific day. Or even a chance to win hundreds of points at once by completing a task. Keep your eyes peeled for flash activity incentives!

Themed Weeks

Each week there will be a themed activity task based around a school subject. Look out on the class pages for information about these activities. This week’s theme is below.

    • Art          - we want to see the best drawings of your park and what it means to you!
Let’s get Stoke Primary to the top of the leader board!
