9th July 2021 Dear Parents and Carers, As a school we are all excited about the Euro’s final on Sunday. We also know that many of our children will be watching and enjoying it. As a school we will be very aware that our children may have had a late night but that does not mean they should not come to school on Monday. A number of children have already said that they have been told they will not have to come to school on Monday as they will be too tired. Please be reassured that school will be respectful of the late night but that we expect the children to come to school. All our staff will be here having enjoyed the match themselves but will also have ensured that they are fully prepared and ready for a good day in school. To enable your child to come to school in the right frame of mind to learn we will open the gates as normal at 8.45am and then again at 10.15am – 10.30am. If your child is not ready for school by 8.45am please make sure they are in school by the later time. Yours Sincerely
