Dear Parents and Carers

As you will know we have been running school for a long time now without a full leadership team.  We are however delighted that after Easter we will welcome Mrs Pater, our new Deputy Head Teacher, to Stoke.

Mrs Pater will bring a very strong skill set to Stoke and enable us to continue to grow into the very best school we can be.  After Easter she will be out and about most mornings getting to meet you and know your children. 

Mrs Pater has said

“Hello! I am extremely excited about my new role as Stoke Primary School’s Deputy Headteacher. I am looking forward to meeting you all and working in partnership with you to help your amazing children reach their full potential.”

Once settled she will be very focused working with teachers immersing herself in the lessons and the learning that is taking place across school.

Moving forwards the leadership team will comprise myself with Mrs Pater, Mrs Noone and Mrs Brooker.  Over the past year both Mrs Brooker and Mrs Noone have been magnificent in the way they have enabled us all to keep Stoke running smoothly through all the challenges that we have faced from Covid, whilst also seeking to develop and adapt new systems to improve the outcomes for all our pupils.  We are all looking forward to completing the team.
