Children will increase their understanding of growing and changing linked to exploring the human lifecycle.
They will also be able to identify some basic facts about puberty and explore how puberty is linked to reproduction.
Children will explore respect in a range of relationships and discuss the characteristics of healthy relationships.

To begin to understand that we will not always achieve our dreams and goals.
To know that focussing on positive events can help to counteract disappointment.
