Years 3,4,5&6 DANCE

Dear Parent / Carer,

We will be running an after school Dance after school club from Friday 17th September  

There are only 20 places available.  You can pay online using SIMS Pay via the Clubs tab – once the spaces are filled you will no longer be able to purchase a place. Once you have made your payment please complete the form below and post in the box in office area. 

Please make sure your phone numbers are up to date with the school so you can receive all the updates.

This club will take place on Fridays and will start on Friday 17th September 2021 up to up to and including 22nd October 2021 at 3.30 pm until 4.30pm. The cost will be £7.00 for the course. There will be no club on Friday 24^th September 2021

If you give permission for your child to walk home alone after club at 4.30pm, year 5 & 6 children only, this must be indicated below; otherwise they will need to be collected promptly. If your child is late being collected or does not attend for two sessions we will remove them from the after school club register. 
No refunds can be given.
