Year 4 embarked on an exciting investigation into what powers electrical appliances. We began by exploring mains-powered and battery-powered appliances and toys, asking thoughtful questions and making predictions about how they work. To extend our learning, we explored the school environment, identifying a variety of battery-powered and mains-powered devices. ⚡
