Transition week

Children have had a fantastic week with their new teachers and have all seemed very grown up as they have explored new routines, systems and friendships. Teachers have written letters introducing themselves, please look out for these.

Thanks to all who came to the SEND coffee afternoon last week, if you missed it, do come to the next one. They are half termly and usually in the penultimate week and always with cake and good conversation!

Thank you for coming to the school fete, lots of fun was had by all and we raised nearly £1000 which is great. Dotty the therapy dog was the star guest and loved all the attention. Thanks to Mrs Morris for getting soaked in the ‘soak the teacher’ and to all staff who worked hard to make the fete successful.

• Y1,2,3 sports day: 9.30am Monday
• Reception sports day: 1.30pm Monday
• Y4,5,6 sports day: 9.30am Tuesday
• Y6 play 9.45am Thursday
• Y6 play 1.30pm Thursday
