24th January 2025 Dear Parents and Carers, It’s been another busy week here at Stoke, filled with progress and plenty of excitement! Here's an update on what's been happening: Outdoor Provision Gets a Boost
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve had some fantastic lighting installed in our barn that was built by Orbit Housing. This is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our outdoor provision, providing our children with more opportunities to explore and learn in different environments. It’s another step forward in our commitment to offering a well-rounded educational experience. Developing Lunchtimes with OPAL
We're continuing to make great strides in our lunchtime provision, working closely with OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning). This partnership is allowing us to transform lunchtimes into a time for creative play and social development. Don’t forget – if you can, please consider donating any items as per the OPAL bingo letter that was sent out in the Autumn term. Your contributions make a real difference, so thank you in advance for your support. Singing Assembly Success
This week’s singing assembly was a real hit with the children! We belted out some feel-good classics like Walking on Sunshine and even threw in a little Take That for good measure. The energy was infectious, and it's always wonderful to see the children enjoying music together. Training Days Reminder
We wanted to remind you that we have two training days coming up: Friday 31st January and Monday 3rd February. These days are essential for our staff development and help us continue evolving our pedagogy and practice, all in service of providing the best possible education for our children.
