Roman Experience Day

We spent the whole day learning how to be Roman citizens and Roman soldiers. It was a lot of fun, although we decided their life was much harder than ours. We looked at artefacts; tried on Roman armour; sampled Roman food; played some of their games; learned to weave; marched like Roman soldiers and even learned how to use catapults. It was a fantastic day!
