Dear Parents and Carers, 

Rocksteady Performance 

The children delivered a fantastic Rocksteady performance to their parents and the rest of the school, showcasing their enthusiasm, confidence, and musical talent. They clearly had great fun, engaging the audience with popular songs such as We Will Rock You and Green, Green Grass. It was an exciting and memorable day for everyone involved, with the children shining as they performed and celebrated their hard work together. 

Retrofit Rocks – Year 5 

For two days this week the children in year 5 have been taking part in a project being run by the University of Warwick and Coventry City Council. They have been learning all about saving energy at home, energy efficient homes and how to help the environment. They have taken part in designing and making their own model energy efficient 3D home, experiments to see what material is the best insulator and designing posters to reflect their learning. 

Caterpillar Stay and Play 

We would like to say a big thank you to all the parents who attended our Tuesday Stay and Play session in the Caterpillar nursery. It was lovely to see you engaging with your children and sharing in their learning experiences. These sessions are important as they help build strong links between home and nursery, supporting children’s confidence and development. Your involvement makes a real difference, and we truly appreciate your continued support. 

Picture News 

We use Picture News in school to talk to the children about news from around the world. We have used this platform for 8 years and are the first school to be given a loyalty badge, as we are now Digital Ambassadors! The badge will be proudly added to our school website.
