What a fabulous and full week we’ve had! From exciting performances to transition adventures and sunshine-filled fun, it’s been a week to remember. Here’s just a snapshot of some of the wonderful things happening across school:
Transition Week What an amazing Transition Week it’s been! The children spent time in their new classrooms with their new class adults, and it was wonderful to see how adaptable, curious and enthusiastic they were. The buzz of excitement (and a few butterflies!) quickly turned into smiles and confidence – well done, everyone!
Year 6 Visit to Stoke Park ‘Matilda’ Our Year 6 pupils had a special treat this week – a visit to Stoke Park to watch a performance of Matilda! It was a brilliant show, and the children thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A great way to celebrate the end of an incredible year!
Music Extravaganza! A huge well done to all the children who performed in our Music Extravaganza this week! Those who’ve been learning with Rob, our visiting music teacher, showcased their talents in front of the school and their families – and they were fantastic! If your child is interested in music lessons next year, more information will be shared in September.
Summer Fayre Fun Thank you so much to everyone who came along to our Summer Fayre! It was a wonderful afternoon filled with games, laughter, delicious treats, and a real sense of community. Your support means so much – we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
End of Year Reports End-of-year reports have now gone out and are available to view on the MyChildAtSchool app. We hope you enjoy reading about all your child’s achievements and progress this year – they’ve worked so hard and we’re incredibly proud of them all.
Year 6 Leavers’ Prom Tonight! Tonight is the night! We’re so looking forward to celebrating with our Year 6 pupils at their Leavers’ Prom this evening. It promises to be a joyful and memorable way to round off their time with us.
