By the end of Year 4, children are expected to know all of the multiplication and division facts to 12 x 12. At Stoke, we teach conceptual understanding through the use of practical resources so that children can visualise and manipulate numbers, seeing the relationships and spotting patterns. Maths lessons also include a key skills starter so that their is regular practise of multiplication facts.
