Years 2&3 – FOOTBALL

Dear Parent / Carer,

Sky Blues will be running an after school Football club from Monday 13^th September for 5 weeks up until October half term. 

There are only 24 places available.  You can pay online using SIMS Pay via the Clubs tab – once the spaces are filled you will no longer be able to purchase a place. Once you have made your payment please complete the form below and post in the box in office area. 

Please make sure your phone numbers are up to date with the school so you can receive all the updates and that we can contact you in an emergency.

This club will take place on Mondays and will start on Monday 13th September 2021 up to and including Monday 18^th October at 3.30 pm until 4.30pm. The cost will be £7.00 for the course.   There will be no club on Monday 27^th September.

If your child is late being collected or does not attend for two sessions we will remove them from the afterschool club register. 
No refunds can be given.
