Dear Parent/Carer

YEAR 2 SWIMMING LESSONS - Commencing 15th March 2021

Your child will be having weekly swimming lesson as part of the school curriculum one afternoon a week on a Monday.  The swimming lessons will commence on Monday 15th March 2021.  The activities will run for 12 sessions. Please see attached the list of dates and times. In the summer term children will not be returning to the school until 3:30pm- 3:45pm 

The school are able to fund a proportion of the cost but it will be necessary to request a contribution of £20.00 for the block of 12 lessons.  This is to support the cost of the increase in transport costs.

We will be collecting payment online via SIMS Pay.  Please activate your account if you have not already done so.  You may pay in full at a cost of £20.00 by Friday 12th March 2021 – or you may pay in two instalments the first instalment of £10.00 due by Friday 12th March 2021 and a second instalment of £10.00 due by Friday 30th April 2021 of £10.00. 

How to make the Payment

1. Click on the child you wish to make a payment for – this will be on the left side
2. Categories will be listed at the side for you to click which one you want
3. You will need to click on TRIPS > Year 2 Swimming Jan-Mar 201
4. Then enter in the amount you wish to pay, this will be either £20 OR £10 and add to basket
5. Once you have added what is needed to your basket, click the basket icon in the top right corner
6. It will then ask you to proceed and enter your card details
7. Once you have confirmed this the payment will have been made

Please ensure your child has suitable swimwear and a towel.  Girl’s should wear a one piece costume (not a bikini) and boys should wear swimming trunks/swim shorts (no Bermuda or long beach shorts).
