We have a selection of wonderful Year 5 and 6 representatives from each of the groups that meet.
These children meet regularly with Mrs Pater to look at the whole school picture of what children feel is going well and where they feel we need to amend or act.
The children come with discussion points based on what they are seeing in their specialist areas and help to positively impact future decisions regarding school leadership making our school even more fabulous! They know that their views are important and they are seeing the value of ensuring that everyone has a voice and opportunity to express views in appropriate ways.
