Dear Parents and Carers

We are holding our parent consultations over the next few weeks.  Due to Covid we are going to use Microsoft Teams to meet with you and discuss your child’s education.

• Your Teacher will be holding their meetings on  Date

To enable this to happen you will have to follow a few simple steps.

1. You will receive an email link to our website where you will be able to choose the time of the appointment.
2. You will click the appointment time you would like.
3. You will then receive a link to Microsoft Teams by email.  This will work on an ipad, tablet or phone (Apple or Android).
4. At the time of the appointment, on the date you have chosen, you will need to click on the link in the TEAMS invite. The teacher will then let you into the meeting where you will be able to discuss your child’s education.
5. After the meeting a paper summary of your child’s targets will be given to you by your child.

This is the first time we have used this system to meet this way, but having trialled it with Year 5 parents, we are confident it will work well.  It does require an accurate email address from you.

We look forward to trying this system to enable us to provide you with the information that you need to support your child.
